An absolutely fantastic stay in this lovely hotel! I loved my room in the courtyard and my huge comfy bed. The shower was powerful. Yes, it could do with a refurb but I think they have started doing that anyway. I've requested the same room for my next stay, refurbed or not as I was very comfortable. I enjoyed two meals in the restaurant. The quality was very good and the staff was super-friendly and efficient. I loved my few days there and am looking forward to my return visits. Thank you to all the staff for their impeccable service.

We spent a mosp pleasant weekend here for a family wedding at the nearby Little Green Barn. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were unfailingly cheerful polite and helpful. The full English breakfast was substantial and well cooked. For those preferring a continental breakfast there were many options. The evening meal was also well cooked and presented. I would have no hesitation in revisiting or recommending this hotel.

I have been in better BW hotels. The bathroom in my room was tired and in need of an update. No plug in the sink and was not replaced during my stay. I was informed another nearby hotel offered better amenities at a comparable price.

We returned today from a lovely coastal walk to find that our room had not been cleaned. I reported this to reception and was told that the cleaning staff had left before the receptionist had started her shift. This is only the second time that I have stayed in a Best Western hotel, we will be returning to Premier Inn. When you just want a little cheap breakaway you do expect the basics, which unfortunately this hotel was unable to deliver.

I had read reviews and was really concerned but I needn’t have worried. Staff were cheerful and excellent, food was lovely We had a large room, clean and tidy. People could probably pick at little things that need doing around the place, but we had a large comfortable bed, clean and fresh Thank you to the receptionist, the friendly barman, the fab breakfast chef and anyone else we came across who were helpful and cheerful. We had a lovely lovely stay
