Not good. Sorry but truth time, this hotel is a prime reason why British tourism is so much in decline. Despite not a bad location it is let down in every other department, very tired and in need of a VERY serious face-lift.

Hi. There weren't any obvious signs of refurbishment when we visited last weekend, but as this was our first visit I don't know how it was before then. We found our visit to be pleasant enough for a short stay (apart from the breakfast), and personally I think some of the negative responses here are a little OTT. Just my opinion based on personal experience. HTH.
