Rob and Dee are a lovely couple who know what you need for a great stay. The rooms are immaculately clean, Rob polishes the cutlery so your face shines back at you. Dee turns your towels into amusing animals and even folds the toilet paper into a pretty pattern. Breakfasts are delicious, we enjoyed several options - smoked salmon and...

This long established guest house has been revamped and provides good value B&B in a popular seaside town close to the beach, shops etc in a quiet street. In the process the number of letting rooms is less and higher quality has been achieved. Clean well appointed rooms, good breakfast, Rob and Dee are lovely hosts. Definitely one of the...

I stayed with friends at the Norfolk w/e 14-16th Sept 2012. This is an excellent little B&B, I have stayed in many B&B's over the years both here and abroad and this really is one of the best. It is very well kept, immaculately clean, all rooms not just the main ones. Each room is en-suite with a brilliant shower.There...

Once again we would like to thank you for your super comments. Although you didn't know it was the carnival weekend we are glad you enjoyed it. We still have our photos of you both waving your flags as the procession passed by on the seafront so close to our guest house :)

We came up to Felixstowe for just one night and were made very welcome. After reading the reviews here, we thought it would be good but it was even better. The bed was very comfortable, there were many lovely little touches such as fresh flowers, chocolates and beautiful origami style swans made from the towels as in the photos on...

My partner and I, stayed at the Norfolk Guest House for two nights , whilst staying in Norfolk for our friends wedding. Our heartfelt thanks for your warm words. It was lovely to meet you both and a huge surprise when we discovered you live in Dee's old home town. Pleased the wedding went well for all. As for the fake tan, accidents happen and our memory has faded ;)

We spent two nights at the Norfolk Guest House. We were given a warm welcome and shown the facilities on arrival. Our room was on the first floor and had a balcony from which you could see the sea. Our twin room was en suite with a bath. Everything was clean and neutrally decorated with some nice arty touches -...

This B & B is super clean (even when we retrieved our newspaper from on top of the wardrobe it was dust free). Our room was lovely and the balcony gave a view of the beach.
