My son and I stayed at this guesthouse last week for 5 days over the Christmas period. Di made us feel very welcome from the start and had even put up a Christmas tree in our rooms and gave my son a Christmas present! I stayed here twice last yr, once in the ground floor s/c rooms (my favourite) and once upstairs in the pretty creamy/lacy room. I know Leiston well as my late parents used to live there. We have stayed here many times this last time was our 5th time, the lady who runs it could not make you feel more welcome , the rooms are always nice & clean , always nice clean towels in the bathroom for your own use . Breakfast is just great freshly cooked to what you order , with a nice...
