Stayed 27th October for 1 night staff very friendly and helpful, room 1 comfortable and cosy well equipped, evening meal excellent good choice of drinks , breakfast likewise. Plenty to do in Southwold.

Not obviously so but there is a back entrance so public rooms could be avoided
