I could spend a lot of time covering how lovely the house is, how amazing the food was and how friendly and welcoming the owners are but I think the most impressive fact is that the experience to us was more like visiting your favourite relatives than paying for a service. Quite outstanding.

Room is luxurious, warm and spotlessly clean, there is much attention to detail. Debbie and Eric as well as being hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble are very good cooks and are exceptionally knowledgable about cooking and food. At breakfast there are, for instance, homemade preserves and granola as well as good selection of other choices. Delicious home-made...

We always return to the Old Manse for our stay in Bexhill as we are thoroughly spoilt by Debbie and Eric. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. You can even have champagne and smoked salmon if you wish and nothing is too much trouble. We are quite happy with either bedroom as the beds are so comfortable for a good...

From the Einaudi Fans! The Old Manse is outstanding ! Look no further for a blissful retreat, as this haven will not be bettered.Everything from the superb quality, comfort , peace and freindliness, to the scrumptious breakfasts, with Sussex sausages, homemade Granola, and homemade marmalade, is top notch. When we originally Googled 'Luxury Accomodation on the South Coast' the web site for this beautiful house stood head and shoulders above the rest. You could...

This was our second visit to the Old Manse and as before it was superb. Debbie and Eric welcomed us back like old friends and with such warmth it's like being part of the family. I can't think of the words to praise this fantastic B&B other than it should be the first to have six stars !

At the Old Manse, everything breathes high quality, luxury and tradition. In a wonderful house with a nice garden, Debbie and Eric have welcomed us very kindly despite our quite late arrival. Our Egerton Suite was a very nice luxury and large room, with an excellent king bed, a sofa, a desk, a large flat TV, charming furniture, good wifi...

Last year in August, I visited with my daughters the south of England and we stayed in three different B&B's, but this one was definitely by far the best. The Egerton Suite is a wonderful cozy and also very big room with all luxury you can imagine. But the bathroom is really spectacular, since it is soooo big and has...
