Lots of useful information in the room and our hosts were friendly and welcoming. The owners will take...

The owners coudn't be more accommodating and helpful and, for what you get, the B&B offers really very good value for money. We had an ensuite room on the ground floor which was very spacious, with all the expected facilities, and each room contains a folder full of really useful information about the local area. Alan, the owner, didn't blanch...

A friendly and pleasant place that is about a 25 minute walk to the De La Warr Pavilion and the center of town (10-15 mins to station). Spacious room with the usual tea/coffee biscuit facilities, powerful shower and good breakfast.
