I went to stay for a few days over half term with the children. The main reason for this location was that it was close to Brighton but, significantly cheaper than the Brighton hotel and with free parking. Getting into Brighton was easy as buses left every ten minutes from just outside the hotel - given public cark parking in...

Hotel and restraunt very dated. ( staff at hotel very nice though ) Food at brewers fair very poor & breakfast staff need to up their attitude! And maybe learn to smile a little. Restraunt seems to be themed around a kids club! Ideal to relax after a business trip ! Maybe have a jump around in the ball pit!...

We had a really nice time in this hotel. The room was spacious and the big bed was super comfy. The best thing though was the staff - they were so friendly! From the reception staff to the housekeepers - nothing was too much trouble. They were even happy to freeze our freezer blocks for the cool bag on the...

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review our Newhaven Hotel. I am very sorry to hear of the poor experience you had during your recent stay with us. This certainly is not the visit we would want you to have. It is disappointing to hear of the misinformation you were given by our Night Team which resulted in...

This is the second time we've stayed here Right next to the ferry port which is so convenient! The brewers fayre next door does the best breakfast Staff very friendly and the receptionist recommended that I take kids to Brighton on the bus. This saved me lots of time and effort. Thanks for a lovely few days!

This was the only place that was near enough to where we had to be so there was no choice. Never stayed at a Premier Inn before so we can't compare with others. There was a strange smell everywhere which we can only put down to the cleaning fluid used. The fan in our bathroom was extremely noisy and two...

Been coming back to this hotel a few times now. Very handy for trips to Brighton just a bus ride away. Staff very helpful and friendly and like the fact there is a reasonable priced pub on site which serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and comfy too would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I never write reviews, but honestly I couldn't fault anything. My son was unwel for most of pur stay, and I became ill towards the end. We were so comfy and we didnt need to treck out for food/drink (which was all literally on the doorstep) that it didnt put a downer on our trip. Was sad to leave.

We stayed here for a weekend and made trips to Eastbourne and Brighton and it was easy to get there. The facilities at the hotel are great and the rooms are large and comfortable. The parking too is fantastic and there are plenty of spaces. There is a Sainsburys and a Sainsburys petrol station within walking distance.
