Stayed the night before attending a funeral next day. Plenty of parking and a really warm welcome from the reception staff. A lovely hotel quite staff was helpful especially the night porter we had are van broken into he did all the leg work for us & the receptionist was also very helpful the restaurant is a little small &scan get very busy so I would book a table when you check in

Dated rooms,mediocre,casual service,chef on reception/front of house.No disrespect to them,if you are part of a gang in the construction industry probably ok,if you are a couple or family,find somewhere else.

i have enjoyed my stay over here. i recommended this hotel strongly those who used to visit London. worth to pay. location is bit outer but very calm, near to TESCO 24 hours super market. Room service is best.

We booked this hotel as the normal one at Thurrock was closed for renovation. Not the best in fact this is the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. Took ages to check in. Not helpful. Inbetween my checking in and my colleague checking in all the staff disappeared. Just like that. Gone. Reappeared five minutes later and carried on...
