Had a great time at this lovely guest house. Will book again on our next visit to Clacton. Breakfast very good and hosts very welcoming. Good location also to visit The Naze and St Osyth . Room bright and nicely decorated.

Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely friendly host and you were made to feel welcome the moment you stepped through the door. It must take an incredible amount of hard work...

Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic hosts who made us feel so welcome. Spotlessly clean and another plus a non smoking establishment. Close to all amenities. Superb breakfast, piping hot made with good quality ingredients. Will most definitely be back. Many thanks to David and Pauline. It was a pleasure staying with you.
