I had a party at the end of October using the function room. The room was great, the staff extremely helpful especially Holly on reception. Benny and Cedric, who worked the function were great - they really made an effort with everyone and could not do enough for us and added to the enjoyment of the evening. Food was great...

Several vans broken into overnight in clear view of reception.only 1 cctv camera on main entrance.it happens a lot according to reception staff.maybe you should put it on your website, people with vans to park may want to reconsider their stay as you don't seem to want to improve your security.

Do not stay here!! Every van had been Brocken into and it's a regular thing, if your a contractor don't stay because your tools won't be there in the morning. I parked the van in front of the reception doors. 6 ft from the doors and the guy on reception said he saw nothing and wouldn't even check his cctv...

We booked a family room for one night as visiting relatives nearby. The room was musty smelling, lights didn't work as no bulbs in some lamps. Went to use bathroom to find unable to turn lights on as switch wouldn't budge and mould over it. By this time we had decided we were not staying in this room, however my...

I paid for an "executive" room. It cost £100 including breakfast. The room was fine - the same sort of standard as a Premier Inn. Fairly big, modern bathroom, comfortable bed - nothing luxurious, but perfectly fine for a night or two. The big issue to me was the fact that it was a cold night/morning in late October and...

I had my 50th birthday here on 8th October. They arranged the room really nicely, the room is a great size and the decor is cheery and modern. They did anything i asked. We had a buffet which was a good range of food. I would point out that they did not stock all kinds of drinks however if you...

This place really is the pits. Corridors stink of cannabis and cigarettes. Ignorant staff (possibly because they don't understand English. The food is horrendous and I was rudely interrupted for payment even though a prepaid room allowance was organised. I have stayed before at least 3 times and this will be my last. Also there are issues with cleanliness. The...

This hotel is absolutely fine if used as a bed for the night; clean, comfortable bedroom with TV, tea & coffee facilities and hairdryer. The bathroom was adequate and for the money we spent felt that we got very good value for money. As we were attending a function at Gaynes Park nearby, the hotel suited our needs perfectly. We...
