Thank you to all the staff at Tudor Farmhouse Hotel. Without exception everyone was so polite and eager to help. We stayed in a cockerel room with a lovely comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. Everything was lovely - food, toiletries and I love the little 'extra' touches like rugs, wells and glasses to borrow. We will definately be back...

We stayed in the Roost and it was wonderful, so comfortable! Loved the space, the bathroom. Wonderful breakfast and dinner and we purchased some toiletries too! Will definitely go again! Lovely atmosphere!

I treated by girlfriend, mum & dad for a two night stay at the Farmhouse hotel at the end of January 2017. We stayed for two nights. The accommodation was superb, I would gar far to say it was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in, spotless. The rooms have all the small details, proper coffee machine, fresh...

On a very positive note, all of the reception and dining room staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. On a less positive note we had one very good night (our first) with a well run dining room, comfortable room and a nice welcome for our dog and one very disappointing night with a dining room that couldn't cope and we...

This was the second time we have stayed here and definitely won't be the last. We had a slightly smaller room this time in the main farmhouse, but it was full of original beams and a gorgeous wooden bed so I think I actually preferred this one. This time we had a bath with overhead shower rather than just the...

We enjoyed a very relaxing and peaceful two night stay, in one of the hotel's Cockerel rooms. The room was impressive, having a spacious bedroom, separate sitting room and a large modern ensuite. All spotlessly clean, warm & cosy, great decor and offering quality toiletries and tea & coffee making facilities. Our breakfasts and dinner were all of a very...

Friendly welcome on a wet & cold sunday afternoon. We enjoyed a drink in front of the fire before being shown to our lovely room with a large bathroom with a roll top bath. We had booked in for the 6 course taster menu which was just stunning! Food beautiful, service fab and again lovely & relaxed. Great nights sleep...

We stayed the night in a mid priced room, £150 per room which was spotless (as was everywhere!) and very spacious. Bed really comfy, large shower room with quality toiletries. Despite running out of mushrooms the breakfast was superb for choice and quality. It's always the little touches that make a place great and this one had plenty. Umbrella in...

We stayed at the hotel for a relaxing break and had exactly that. Our room was well furnished and warm, with good coffee and tea, and we felt at home immediately. Care was taken to put us in a room with a walk in shower, as I recently suffered an injury, which made things a lot easier. The lounge is...

I always mean to write a review when I go anywhere where we really like but never do. However this time I really felt that we are so impressed with our stay that I would write it the night before checkout. We are staying in the room called "the roost" and I would fully recommend. The room is exceptional with...
