New, clean and basic. Perfect locale to see media city and Manchester United football grounds. Easily accessed by tram from downtown manchester and to all sights. Lobby has basic food for sale along with beverages. Excellent location to overnight.

This hotel is situated on the busy Trafford Road in Salford, and is conveniently placed for Old Trafford Football Ground and Salford Quays. The hotel itself was basic, you get what you pay for, but it had very good facilities, with tea and coffee available 24 hours, in the dining room area next to the foyer, and snacks (including pizza)...

Although a budget option the rooms were tiny and really basic. You have to be good friends to share a twin room and if you have long legs you probably won't be able to close the toilet door! The shower cubicle is accessed directly from the room too, so no privacy

The rooms were basic as expected but very comfortable for a nights stay. However, the night we stayed there seemed to be some sort of local festival and the amount of noise other people in the hotel were making was horrendous. We returned to our room about 10pm after having watched the man united game and were tired. The noise...

No checking room before handover. Bad smell found in toilet. And wrong room provided (I booked a large bad and they gaved us a 1 double bed with 1 upper decker small bed. One thing is good, staff were patient on my complaint.

Me and my partner have been to lots of Ibis Budget Hotels through-out Eastern Europe, Ireland and the UK and this was by far the worst one. Ibis is usually not a luxury hotel but very reasonably priced good rooms with good service and we've recommended them to friends and family many times. This one was not good though! Our...

Very decent budget hotel, ideal for a cheap night away. We used it for media city, metro station outside hotel for a quick ride to the centre which was about 10mins. It is budget but for £40 for the night it's more than what we expected, everything you need for 1 or 2 nights.

Good location as it's right next to the metro but on a main road so quite loud when trying to sleep. Wouldn't recommend if you're in early stages of a relationship as rooms are very small and the shower is a door right next to the bed.

Well all I can say really is that you get what you pay for and budget means budget. It's very near Salford quays metro station (12 mins from Piccadilly). Bed not particularly comfortable and dinghy toilet cubicle but clean and also friendly staff. Cold breakfast £5.50 additional although there is a BP garage nearby where you can get a bacon...

The ibis budget was good value for money and came as describe. Rooms are basic with a strange quirky bathroom set up. The toilet appears to be in a cupboard the sink and shower cubical in the room. One of our party is disabled, the disabled room was larger than a standard room with a large bathroom with walk in...
