Stayed here once before and found it convenient for travelling into Manchester on the tram while being able to park in the fairly large car park. On arrival car park was over-flowing and we were told there was a conference being held but there would soon be plenty of room. We were given a room on the second floor, over-looking...

We actually stayed here January 2014 so things coukd have changed. The room was dirty to the extent of fingernails on the carpet and we had a view of the bins and the staff smoking which also left us with the noise of bins being emptied and staff chatting. There was also alot of noise throughout the night within the...

The hotel is in a great location next to the Salford quays & we had a nice view out of our window. The rooms could do with being updated. It was a beautiful weekend when we stayed & this made the room very hot during the night, we slept with windows open but this didn't help. Air conditioning would have...

This will be my LAST night I EVER stay at the Copthorne hotel, Salford Manchester. Tired & dated yes, and I expect warm rooms in July & UK generally don't have air conditioning... Beautiful afternoon so I opened the windows to let in some air, sat by the window with my kindle quite nice. Started to get ready for bed...

I've stayed in many hotels in many countries and have never been as uncomfortable as I was in the Copthorne Hotel. The room was unbearably too hot. I turned the radiator off when I arrived but the pipes running below the radiator remained on. I asked for a fan for my room and opened the windows and nothing could bring...

The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful, nothing was a bother to them, my fiance's parents had got him a night in the hotel and a tour of old trafford. The hotel it's self is really needing a face lift, the hairdryer was like an original from the 60'site, when running the cold tap it would sound like sumbody...

The location is perfect for Salford Quays, Media City, The Lowry, Old Trafford etc.. however, the Hotel is tired and dated and is in desperate need of a Refurb. We were in the Studio Suite, Room 432, The Bathroom was large with a Large tub and Great Mira Power Shower, however it was in poor condition with dirty seals, grouting...

I have stayed here before, both times for business for a conference. Corporate rate means it's cheap and at £63 for B&B is good for the price. Free parking means it's also good value. The rooms are large but dated. It has a desk, tv, ironing facilities, tea and coffee stuff and some biscuits, Hairdryer, toilettries. Free wifi, room service....
