The check in was a nightmare the que was so long and only had one on the reception, The lift wasn't working and I had literally just come off crutches after 18 week been on them I didn't really want...

We stayed for one night when visiting Manchester. The room was spacious and had a very nice view of the Quays. The bad was really comfortable and the bathroom cleaned properly. The breakfast was good, nice selection of cold and hot food and tea and coffee was brought to the table. Check in and check out was very fast and...

The room itself is a bit old, service is good. It is also close to the Old Trafford with a few minutes drive. I stayed at Copthorne in my first day of the trip. I left my watch in the room. In the following days I called them a few times to check and they kept it for me to...

Rooms were clean and well presented and we had a very nice view of the canal. Staff at the Hotel very pleasant and helpful. We paid extra for the breakfast next morning and...

We got a fantastic rate in advance, and the hotel itself was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff, great carparking facilities, great location, and the room was lovely. Special mention for the very powerful, wonderfully hot shower!

My wife and I had a pre-booked one night stay at the Copthorne Salford Quays following a theatre night out in Manchester. We arrived about 1.30pm and were very impressed with the welcome we received at Reception which included advice on the local tram stop and a map of central Manchester. Our room was at the rear on the top...

A functional but reasonable hotel let down by the stinking mound of accumulated garbage, floating in the quays immediately behind the hotel. Not only an eye sore but a health risk - come the warmer weather the smell will be unbearable.

I had a pleasant enough stay here for one night. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. It was a really cold night and I the heating in the room was excellent - I didn't want to leave! The room does look slightly tired, there were a few scuffs on the wall, and around the edges you...
