Great find, we stayed for a festival. It was in a great location. Even though the area/hotel was busy, it didn’t phase them. All staff friendly happy great service. Room really clean and tidy, fan supplied which was great, comfy beds!

Hotel's Favourite
Staying with family for father's funeral nearby. Premier Inn is what it is, cheap, comfortable and great location. However JENNY the housekeeper went above and beyond to help us out and make things easier for us. A lovely lady who always seemed to be on hand - Thank You Jenny & if Premier Inn are reading this, she deserves a pay rise - great service & I will be back because it's the little acts of kindness that count.

The big disappointment was the restaurant next door. 11 of us had come for a show at the nearby theatre, 6 of us staying in the premier. We allowed an hour and a half beforehand for a meal but the service was so slow that 2 people had to have their money refunded because the Kitchen was so slow. This isn't good enough for Premier, not even good enough for a Third Rate Hotel. The girls taking orders didn't seem to care at all. Disgraceful. Serious training is needed, they are costing you money.

Lovely clean room. Comfy beds and bedding. Everything you need. Was very impressed and will definitely use again. Great layout. Nice vanity area. Full length mirror. Bath and very clean. Charging points, wifi and great black out curtains.

Comfortable bed and hot shower. Ample size room for my working trip, well equipped with plenty of lighting. Staff were friendly and helpful, Reception is inviting and checking in is quick and easy. generally good all round.

On arrival in our family room was very obvious the previous occupancy has smoked a great deal. Triggered my son's asthma with a constant coughing fit and made the rest of us feel sick. No other rooms available so told only option was to leave for thirty minutes or more for machine to run. With a 9/11 year old and it being 9.30 at night the pub was not an option and we had nowhere to go, so I was told there was nothing they could do to help us.
