I visit the health suite regularly and i have to say its seen better days. After numerous complaints the pool is still chilly and it keeps getting colder, the jacuzzi is colder than the pool and has been for a few weeks and the sauna is never on. The air temp around poolside is too cold so can't even chill... More

I can't understand all the negative reviews Potters International has received. If you prefer uncomfortable stylish shoes to comfortable old shoes Potters is not for you. I had two one night stays in one week. Both rooms were large, very comfortable, well supplied with hangers, electrical outputs and toiletries. The showers were powerful, the televisions and radiators worked. For breakfast... More

Possibly the most old fashioned hotel I have stayed in. As the old officers mess I completely expected a unique setup for a hotel but I didn't expect the original shower curtains with a foot of mould along the bottom to still be there. In addition, the shower head was only 4'6'' high! A dried in boggy featured on the... More

My husband and I popped in for a quick lunch (looking for a place to book a large family Christmas celebration). There was 1 other party in there eating and several people in the bar. The restaurant has been recently refurbished and was light and airy in a modern way with plenty of space between tables. The view onto the... More

This hotel needs a lot of improvements needed, from the decor it's stuck in the 70s/80s especially in the bedroom we where staying in, to maintenance where bathroom suites need updated and housekeeping. Breakfast wasn't mind blowing food lacked quality

Hotel Staff were friendly , the Pizza I had in the bar was pretty good and drinks seemed reasonably priced . The place lacked a bit of atmosphere and the room was in need of a little TLC , But overall not a bad place to stay .

2 words. Absolutely atrocius. This place is long past its sell by date! This once proud building was The Royal Army Officers Club , I am sure our ancestors would be horriifed at the state of it. definately need The Hotel Inspector to sort them out!

Stayed here on Wednesday night, unfortunately. The place must have been last decorated in 1982, things in the bathroom that once were white are now yellow. The tile grouting is dirty, and overall very tired. The bed covers are also very old, and the bed has almost collapsed. And how much? £100 for the room without breakfast. The only saving... More

The hotel is convenient for Aldershot. It looks a little jaded. My room was in need of refurbishment, the bathroom in particular. The staff are pleasant but not always focused. The restaurant has a very limited menu, the bar menu is more extensive and better. The restaurant staff are not at the top of their game. I had to ask... More

When you pay £140 for a room you expect a rather good standard, what an eye opener this was, no time for you staff, the carpet was held down with gaffer tape, room smelt damp as did the bed cloths, curtains hanging off the rails, remote not working, internet a joke, lights broke and to top it all flies in the...
