It’s five years since I stayed in the Aviator so, have to admit, was expecting things to have slipped with Covid. Delighted to say nothing like that happened - the hotel looks great (a guy walking around with a paint can touching up the skirting boards at 7am tells you that), rooms comfy and well kept. Food good and the Skybar as quirkily un-Farnborough as ever, Bit that I realise noticed was the attitude of all the staff, every single person said hello when you passed, always asking if everything was good and if they could help. And incredibly friendly. We were there for a business meeting, which worked well, supported it well with nothing overlooked. It was a top notch effort, thanks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aviator Hotel and I am delighted to say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel until the moment I checked out, every aspect of my experience was simply outstanding. Our dinner at Aviator was a culinary journey like no other. The attention to detail in both presentation and flavour was remarkable. The restaurant staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and creativity of the dishes, which showcased the culinary expertise of the chef and his team. One of the highlights of our stay was the sky bar. The ambiance was sophisticated and elegant, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had with my friends. Dinner was truly delicious and I highly recommend popping in for some cocktails to the Sky Bar. All of the staff were very helpful in getting things done when requested and with a smile. Breakfast offered a large range of high quality hot and cold options. At the end of our stay we had our stress release body massage leaving us feeling very relaxed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing break in a stylish place offering delicious food, amazing cocktails and a great service.

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Arrived to a free upgrade, a stunning suite overlooking the airport. The hotel was immaculate, staff were friendly and professional and the food and drinks were first class. Will definitely be returning.

Outstanding service and hotel! Two night stay. The personal touches are lovely to experience and make you feel so special. Birthday truffles in our room and then again in the brasserie. The meal at the brasserie was incredible. Seasonal and quality ingredients. The room service was quick and just as delicious as the restaurant meal The servers and chef accommodated my partner's gluten and lactose intolerances with no fuss and ease. Which was so refreshing to see. Which made his dining experience so much more enjoyable not being fussed over. The hotel and the room were just as the website stated. While drinking in the spa bar I saw the afternoon tea. I will be returning soon to enjoy this experience. Highly recommended! Lovely long walks round the airport and short walk to a small town. …

Fantastic. It is all good but the team are on another level. So good. What other hotels should try to benchmark against. Restaurants, bars, room service, late check out, breakfast, everything was great with professional team always 2 seconds away without obtrusively annoying you. 6 star service. As an A/V Company, we were booked to cover a very large job for CUPRA at The Aviator Hotel, which included Filming and Live Streaming of Workshops and Focus Groups. We had a large amount of equipment to be set up in the rooms which were booked and were totally reliant on the job going well as long as the Internet was sufficient in the rooms for Live Streaming in two languages (for remote viewing across the World). This is one of the best hotels that we have ever had the pleasure to work in, the staff go out of their way to accommodate you prior to the event and on the day of the event. As our job was heavily reliant on the Hard Wired Internet connections in the rooms, we spoke to the hotel to ensure that we had those connections. Molly McWilliams was our contact in the conference department and she ensured that their IT guy Nick Yates called us to discuss our project. Nick was brilliant, he set up extra Ethernet connections in the rooms and laid cables to the exact spots we needed. He gave us a dedicated private conference WiFi and made our job a whole lot easier. From arrival early, we could park immediately outside the rooms that we were booked in and we had early access to both rooms, which is an added bonus. All of the staff were very helpful in getting things done when requested and with a smile. We are very good at our job, but to have everything in place prior to arrival, great internet connections, great parking with easy access to the rooms for loading/unloading and very helpful staff, it certainly makes our job a lot easier.
