The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and the location is easy access, with links to and from the town centre on its door step. Breakfast is extreamly good value for money, and you won't be heading for home still hungary; the family were feed and watered. The staff are friendly, polite, courteous and professional throughout. Despite the Sunday morning rush of an at all times full capacity reception and breakfast cafe, Claire was was absolutely brilliant in overseeing everything, whilst still finding the time to help with our quires and with an all not too much trouble attitude and approach. We would also like to thank Vikki, who despite not being due to work that day, had popped in and upon seeing how busy her colleagues were started helping out with reception and subsequently our check out. The hotel was nice and clean and without car park. It’s good to be in town centre but without car park was hard. Polish manager gave us the perfect room which was clean and comfy bed with clean carpet.

Good value for money hotel. Basic but clean and everything we needed. Nice bar and cafe, breakfast was a good quality and very tasty. Staff very friendly and welcomed. We will recommend to friends and we will definitely be returning.

We are Freemasons so went to Farnborough Masonic Centre to a meeting. Good overnight stop would do it again. Staff were great facilities were great, Whetherspoons under the hotel and parking just around the corner. If you in a room by the road would bring ear plugs as traffic builds up 8n the morning.

Comfortable and clean. Staff great, in particular Claire and Lila. I left my bag in a taxi and she phoned around and managed to trace the driver. Huge relief. Lila kept an eye on the dining room and replenished items promptly. So a good experience and we would certainly return.

Great rooms for the price, comes with all you need for your stay. Ideal location, right within the town centre with a Sainsburys next door and the train station is a 5-10 min walk away. Fantastic service from the very friendly staff!

Always check with customer if they can sleep with noise and if not, offer a room not close to road. The room I was in was close to road and I couldn’t sleep at all. I found it a waste of money and buying tiredness for the next day

The hotel is in a great location to shops and resturants, there's so much to choose from. My room was located on the side closest to the main road. Unfortunately you can hear the noise coming from cars and the people below which meant my sleep wasn't the greatest. The room itself was very good, clean and tidy. So no complaints there. The staff are amazing and what has bumped this rating up otherwise it would have been lower. So a huge thank you to Claire and Lila. Who really made my stay here a fantastic experience. So they deserve a lot of praise and thanks
