Amazing hotel with lots of added extras thrown in. Choice of pillows, hairdryer, hot chocolate, all toiletries supplied & a beer fridge! Room was clean and bed was comfy with a decent size tv, large wardrobe & a safe! Added bonus of a large bath too with decent overhead shower. Couldn’t have asked for more. Staff on Sunday night reception couldn’t do more to help us when unfortunately our child was poorly in the night. Bar and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful especially Junel. We had a hearty curry on Monday night which was delicious & kids eat free! Large choice of breakfast. Was lovely not needing to check out until 12… no rushing!

The Queen's Suite was an excellent venue. Food was super and plenty of it and we were very well looked after by Sidd and Junel. Would highly recommend the Suite, spacious and well appointed. Great value.

Back to the IHG Farnborough Once again I am returning to my home away from home and as always I am greeted by smiles and a warm welcome from the staff as I walk through to reception. Checked in by Emily and Kennix but over a couple of days also welcomed back by Chelsie, Angola, Holly, Rachel, Jamaar and Brandon. Breakfast as always is great with great service from the kitchen and serving staff. A special mention for Rosie, Preya, Lauren, Emily and Eva and Luca in the kitchen. The bar is always a safe haven in the evening with good food and friendly staff, Lilly and James get a name check for making my visit enjoyable. The rooms are always clean and ready everyday and cleaners are always out making the building look it’s best. Another great stay and I’ll be back again soon

Best customer service. Very professional customer care from PRABIN. We were seven people there including kids. Prabin was very friendly with kids too. Hopefully we will be visiting soon again. My boys loved chunky fries.
