Clicked on Trivago and the Hotel says its 16 miles away from Dorset. Booked a room and when i looked it up it says 86 miles away. Called up the hotel to check if they could cancel and give it for another day as i was ALSO having a problem to due to my Perimpheral Neuropathy in my legs but the Hotel Duty manager had no empathy at all...extremely rude and so sensitivity towards someone genuinely in pain and despite giving false info on the Website. DONT STAY or STAY ONLY IF YOU WANT A RUDE HOTEL. Asked for a Duty manager but as usual they had none. VERY UNBECOMING OF A GROUP LIKE HOLIDAY INN.....LOSERS

Oddly placed hotel BUT really good. The rooms are really good. It is an express but you don't feel it once in the room. The standout was the check in team. So personal and welcoming. It really felt that like 5 star luxury hotel care. I was a little gobsmacked. Even local knowledge on restaurants shops convenience stores. To be honest I don't know how they could have been better.

Amazing stay. Wonderful hotel all very new. Bar and lounge area in reception. Room tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, brilliant shower, a window that opens! Breakfast was great lots of choice and plentiful. Staff were very nice and helpful On site parking Central location Definitely stay here again

Cant complain with this hotel, we stayed for a friends birthday which was held in the indian next door. Check in was really easy and quick and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious was a very comfortable bed and good black out curtain. Bathroom had everything we needed and could order stuff like razors and tampons for emergency from reception. Also buffet breakfast was yummy with good coffee!

My team and myself stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Fleet for 3 nights for a work event. The team were incredible! From support with reservations to day to day info and help during our stay : it was spotless! And the rooms were cosy & clean! On top of a great location. Thanks a lot!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the super friendly and helpful staff, including the GM who warmly welcomed us on our arrival, to the quality of the amenities and decor throughout the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and quiet The bathroom including the rain head shower was amazing too. It's location in the center of Fleet was very convenient . Easy walk to nearby pubs, shopping and restaurants. Top Tip: The Fox & Hounds , 15min. walk, located right by the side of the Basingstoke Canal. Quintessential friendly English pub with excellent food and drinks.

Really nice, clean and new hotel, free parking on a busy high street and friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast was nice, only downside was that the bar was limited, but there is a weatherspoons across the road and several restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. I stayed to attend a conference at Farnborough.

What a fantastic little hotel this is, stuck right in the middle of Fleet town centre. Amazing staff who welcomed me with open arms and big smiles. The check in was over quickly and was in my room within 5 mins. My room was spacious, fresh and nicely decorated. I slept really well in the comfortable bed, loads of pillows. The room had a kettle for a cheeky cuppa tea. The breakfast was great for free, porridge pot, croissants, toast, fry up if you desired one. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I would definitely go back and stay again.

Absolutely brilliant on every level, especially Robert Dinu the GM and reception staff Ali. Mom for young son on first business hotel stay after being poorly on a training course being held at the BMW training academy. Made me feel comfortable and my son cared for.

We were given a friendly welcome in this newly built hotel with stylish tasteful decor. The accommodation was relaxing and comfortable with a wonderful bed and choice of pillows. Breakfast provided a very good selection of high quality food with the waitress was helpful, professional and friendly. Recommended!
