Grease stain on headboard of bed and room didn't smell very clean on arrival but was too tired to ask to be moved as was on the top floor. To be fair it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and I slept well but won't hurry back there!

We have used premier inns many times. This was our first visit to the Fleet one. We booked this online. We stayed here as it was walking distance to the rail station, as we were going into London for the evening. Nice room. There was tea/coffee etc kettle, hairdryer, plenty of hangers, TV, soap dispenser in the bathroom, car parking on site make sure you key your car registration into the screen in reception. There are lifts to floors and a vending machine with drinks and nibbles. There is a small restaurant and bar area. Staff all pleasant.

We needed a couple of nights temporary accomodation in Fleet while work was being carried out on our home. We chose the Premier Inn because we have stayed in these hotels on many occasiona and always found the to be very accomodating. We didn't know how many nights we would need so we booked the most flexible rates and then cancelled the nights we did not need. The staff were delightfully helpful about this. We found it very easy to park, even in the evening when the carpark was filling up. The room was, like all the Premier Inn rooms we've stayed at, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Unlike our previous experiences the room temperature was ideal, not too hot as it usually is. And there were clear instructions on how to regulate the temperature. We had good nights' sleep and en excellent breakfast in the morning. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful - we could have wished for better.…

We stayed here for one night. Beds comfy, nice clean room, safe, relaxed. The only thing I didn’t like was a constant buzzing sound from I believe the airconditioning (even after we switched it off). Had a lovely walk around the nearby lake. Very pretty and relaxed.

Not the best Premier Inn that I stayed at but largely met my expectations. Room clean, comfortable and quiet with all the usual PI facilities. The downside was that I could not connect to Wi-Fi possibly because my room was at the far end of the building - I had to go along the corridor to get a signal. I didn’t think the breakfast food met the usual PI high standards which made me wonder if in these inflationary times there has been some cuts in the quality of food purchased. Personally I would have paid a little more to have had higher quality ingredients.

The room was very sparse, only enough towels for 1 person, couldn't find anyone to ask for more. The bed was very comfortable and clean, carpet was looking a bit grubby, which also had large burn mark.

Brief stay at The Premier Hotel which was comfortable, convenient for where I wanted to be and Aiden, the receptionist was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble - a young man with complete focus on delivery a quality service. He definitely made small issues disappear and was genuinely caring.

I have stayed here many times and have always found it to be good. Yes, the rooms are a little tired and could do with a refresh but they are quiet and comfy and you get a good night's sleep. The car parking is free and it is just a few hundred yards from Fleet train station and a brisk walk into Fleet itself. My most recent stay was in March 2023 when my car broke down there but the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Despite being busy managing check in and serving in the restaurant, Joanne and Angela were caring and supportive and helped me arrange the breakdown service when I was fed up and stressed. It's these things that make you remember a place and why you return, because you know that they care.
