Stayed with work. Bedroom had no windows bar one skylight. This couldn't be opened due to no bracket on the skylight. Restaurant over priced and not that good quality. Dinner, breakfast and check in/out staff all came across a bit tetchy and under trained. E.g. No questions for how was your stay and being called 'mate' in breakfast. Premier Inn...

We arrived and were given a room. It was relatively newly decorated problem is it was freezing and it turned out that the whole section of the hotel had no heating. We were moved rooms to a more old fashioned room. I turned on the ceiling lights and two of the bulbs just flashed constantly. Therefore I tried to turn...

Stayed at the casa for the first time a couple of days ago and can most certainly say it will be the last! The reception area is in massive need of a refurb as well as the so called 'Executive' room that I paid for. Attention to the little things make a great difference. Ordered room service and must say...

I stayed at The Casa last night (11th January 2017) and awoke this morning with no hot water to shower with. Reception told me that it was affecting other rooms and should be back later today! No good to me as I'm on business and need to be at a meeting at 08:30am! I asked if there would be a...

Stayed in an executive room after working locally. Did not want to go out and get dinner (as only me) ordered room service. I ordered a burger which was with bacon, caramelised onions and gruyere cheese. Sounded nice. When I arrived it was a cheese burger with an onion ring inside no bacon or no salad. Didn't complain as I was...

Spent £85 each on dinner, entertainment and disco New Years Eve party. It was ok in the end but we didn't realize children were permitted so there were quite a few toddlers celebrating with us but they were well behaved, The food wasn't great and unfortunately my husband pre-ordered salmon which wasn't enough to feed one of the children there!...

Friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately hotel furnishings looking a little tired But clean. Coffee in room not the best. Bed clean and comfortable. Breakfast average, also served cold tea and coffee.... but this was replaced. Think staff should offer drink refill at breakfast. Needs more attention to detail, both days I had chipped/cracked china, marks on the table cloth.

I stayed here overnight because it was convenient. Very nice grounds. I had a single room which was very comfortable but small. Breakfast not included and overpriced but nice. The layout of the place is very strange. You will find blind alleys stairways to nowhere. Even finding your way out you will get lost. Weird setup all together.
