A 3-night stay for a reunion. The hotel manager looked after everything and ensured the 2 buffet dinners went well. He made a point of mixing with us in the bar to ask if there was anything further he and his team could do.

We knew the hotel from having previously lived in the area but never stayed before. The good things were friendly staff, quiet room and very clean. The only real negative comment was the general ambiance which was rather dated and well overdue for modernisation or even a lick of paint! Notwithstanding, with excellent hot food in the restaurant, it was good vfm.

Nice location and comfortable room. Facilities more than adequate. Hotel slightly dated but in keeping with building. Overall very good. Attended friend's anniversary celebration. Fortunately weather was good as disabled parking limited meaning a slow walk to and from overflow car park. Did not dine but buffet breakfast was good value and well presented.

I’m a little surprised by the reviews and ultimately everyone’s experience is subjective, so your mileage may vary. However, for balance, we found the hotel to be a disappointment. Ultimately the three things you need a comfortable bed, decent shower and for it to be quiet. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the shower was small with no shelf for toiletries and had very low water pressure. The doors were difficult to shut and so had to slam. Making a racket when anyone close by left their room. Plus a fight took place the first night we stayed and people screaming. Can’t blame the hotel for that but didn’t help! I agree the setting is lovely, it was fairly clean, large bedrooms and breakfast was good. Front of house and staff in general were ok, low energy but polite. The place is a little tired on the inside but convenient for the wedding venue we were attending.

Beautifuk place, truly stunning building. Very clean and a warm feeling. Restaurant inside is just elegant and the customer service was honestly top tier. Easy to find and very private. Good prices also.

We stayed for two nights for a wedding nearby and couldn’t fault anything. Our room was spacious and clean with all the essentials you needed. The staff were great and very accommodating. The reception even gave our family members very early access to their room to ensure they could get ready for the wedding in time, they didn’t have to do this and really went out of their was to be helpful. Leigh was on hand for breakfast both mornings and was an absolute saint! She was very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough! On our first morning of breakfast I had mentioned my little one would be there the following morning too, and as she is allergic to dairy would there be any possibility of oat milk for her, my partner had also mentioned in passing that he loves bbq sauce with a fry up. The next morning when we arrived for breakfast Leigh had bbq sauce in a pot, and oat milk in a jug ready and waiting for us! She was an absolute star and such a lovely lady, her service was honestly what you would expect of you were staying in a five staf hotel, she made everyone feel welcome and truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for making our stay so great!

I have stayed at the Casa 4 days each week for the last 9 months (bar holidays) working in Surrey. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a friendly team. The decor is looking a little tired however I have no complaints across my time staying here.
