Absolutely the best little hotel ever. Set in a quant part of ringwood, surrounded by the best of british countryside views, a few delightful minutes walk and your into the beautiful village of ringwood. Fantastic restaurants and old English pubs. We stayed in room 3 which boasts a very comfortable four poster bed. While this room is facing a road...

Stayed here for two nights. Very warm welcome and very nice room. On the main road so little road noise. Excellent breakfast and a useful guide on where to eat and drink nearby. David Lloyd next door so if you fancy a swim etc can use at discounted rate. A little expensive and shower in our room was a big...

Thank you Abby for the nice review and valued feedback. We were totally unaware of any problems with your shower, we would have attended to it immediately. All our showers are adjustable pressure power showers of a high standard. Sometimes guests are unaware that the setting has been left on low by a previous guest. We only wish we could...

We have just got home from a wonderful 3 night stay at the lovely Moortown Lodge in Ringwood. We stayed in room 7 on the ground floor which is the family room. The room was lovely and comfortable and had a huge king-size bed and two separate beds for my 2 9 year-old children. Room had some nice touches such...

We stayed a couple of nights in Room 5. It was absolutely spotless, and the breakfast is really delicious with everything you could want. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room (a superior) - which is very small and the bathroom is also very small. But the bed is huge which we...

Thanks for the good review we are glad you enjoyed your stay.and thanks for your feedback. Our superior room is bigger than a standard room and as you mentioned has a super king bed in it , with it being at the rear of the building and now having a smart TV with free Netflix we believe it represents good...

Moortown Lodge was the perfect base for exploring the New Forest and chocolate box villages of Brockenhurst, Burley and all the surrounding towns. Ringwood itself is a charming market town with lots of restaurants and coffee shops and is well connected to London by National Coaches. We stayed in Room 3 with an enormous king size brass bed and spotlessly...

Les, Jacqueline and Wallace make you feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. There was plenty of tea, coffee, water and biscuits in the room and the breakfast was a good selection of cooked and cereal, fruit, juice, yoghurts etc. Jacqueline is an accomplished artist and displays her work in the dining room and throughout the...

I have stayed in a number of the local B&B's. When I heard the Moortown Lodge was under new ownership, I had to give it a try. Brilliant. One of the most welcoming stays I have had anywhere. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet and a fabulous freshly cooked breakfast - couldn't ask for more. Will definitely return and recommend to my...

Lovely overnight stay - comfortable and surprisingly quiet as it was on a main road - lovely breakfast and nice hosts. Breakfast cooked to order made a change from the cheap and cheerful that I usually go for - although still reasonable for cost

My husband and I just returned yesterday and enjoyed every bit of our trip. The new owners are a lovely couple who give a fantastic service! The hotel is very clean! They use clean white bedding and towels. You have everything you need in the bathroom to pamper yourself. As vegetarians, we struggle a lot but we didn't here. There...
