I have stayed in many Ramada hotels of the years so booked on the basis it was I name I knew well however I have to say this was the worst by a mile. Room was very tired and in desperate need of a refurb. God knows how old the mattress was but I could feel the springs and had...

This review was sent directly to Wyndham Hotel Group (owner of the Ramada brand). I responded directly to the guest and the guest was offered and accepted a discount. The current hotel owners do have exciting future plans for the hotel but sadly a recent planning application was refused so these plans have been delayed. The Ramada standard for replacing...

Well, where do I start. The look of this hotel from the outside is certainly nothing special, but I was determined not to pass judgement before stepping over the threshold. Things however did not get any better once inside. On a positive note we arrived early (11am) and were allowed to check in straightaway as the room was ready. This...

Thank you for your review. I am pleased to read we were able to check you in early and that the bedroom was of an acceptable standard. I am sure any hotel could manage to get at least one bedroom clean by 11am however many hotels would not be willing to offer this room to their guests early whereas we...

Hotel reception and dinning areas look fine, standard room was a little dated, bathroom in need of refurb. Wifi very good. Good location within minutes of Galleria which has many restaurants (but would recommend Everest Nepalese just past Beals hotel, Witherspoons (about 5 min stroll from hotel, easy find). Breakfast reasonable, Ok for a one/two night stay.Easy to find. In...

The check in was a very long process . Once in the room it was spacious and clean but we had a connecting door to another room. The wall / door must have been so thin as the noise level between the rooms was so bad you could hear every word..it was an overnight stay for us but it wasn't...

I had a refurbished room that was very good. Last stay I received an old room that was quite narrow and uncomfortable. But for a one night stay it is ok. There is a big shopping mall wiht restaurants in the near surrounding.

Thank you for your 4 star review. I am pleased to read you found your bedroom very good. Please do request this or a similar bedroom at the time of booking if you stay again; many regular guests do this once they are familiar with our bedroom stock.

As a fan of Crittal windows and keen observer of British aviation history I was probably hoping for too much. Over-familiar reception staff, once prized form other duties, did not launch a positive experience. Apparently you now have to evidence that you have a reservation and specifically it's basis, immediately on arrival. Who would want to run the risk of...

Thank you for your review, it is an amusing read. I am pleased to read you had a good sleep but sorry you had a poor check in experience. As you are aware the hotel is fully computerised however I can only assume the receptionist was unable to find your reservation for whatever reason and requested any paper or electronic...

My wife & I stayed 3 nights here last week (April 2016). The hotel is very well situated, easy to find with plenty of car parking. Very pleased (surprised?) at the level of service - we felt like guests and not customers. Staff...
