My partner and I have just returned from a 2 night stay at the manor, and I can't say anything bad about the place! Fantastic service, phenomenal food, lovely surroundings, etc. Beds comfy, rooms spotless, no issues whatsoever! Thank you for a very pleasant stay, and we may see you again in a few months xx

Had a really lovely afternoon tea at Shendish Manor to celebrate a birthday. There were four of us and we had as much tea and coffee as we wanted plus sandwiches, two gorgeous warm scones each with jam and cream and then three lovely mini dessert cakes each too. A great setting looking out into the garden. Would recommend this...

We live in Wiltshire but have family and friends in Hertfordshire not to mention a season ticket for Watford, so often stay somewhere after a visit. We chose this hotel as it was the nearest to the restaurant we met friends in for dinner. The hotel was easy to find, a little shabby but not too bad. We arrived about...

We stayed here for one night when visiting the Warner Brothers studio. The staff were courteous and helpful and the hotel was clean and well appointed. The room was a surprisingly good size with bath as well as shower and, again, was clean and tidy. The TV was large for a standard hotel room. The air conditioning worked well and...

Well proportioned room with comfy bed, very clean, spacious bathroom, tea & coffee etc, good TV. Hotel has nice areas for relaxation, good restaurant although did not use as was out for most of the evening, bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Great place to stay, if like us, visiting Harry Potter World.

After being bought an afternoon tea session for Christmas I was looking forward to it! Me and couple friends visited and went to reception where we were greeted warmly by Annabelle who was happy to direct us towards the location and make us feel welcomed, a good start at least! Being seated we expected to be served promptly as it...

Fine manor house in luxurious gardens with golf course only a few minutes drive from the M25. Good dinner on the Friday night for about 30 of us. Food on the day of the wedding was prepared by outside caterers but the hotel staff and service was of a very good standard. We certainly had a better experience than one...
