Stayed here for work over 2 weeks. Not a single thing to bring up, older room was great, newer rooms are also great. The food is top quality, we ate a 3 course meal every night and worked our way through the menu, every single item was incredible. Sticky toffee pudding is a must.

Stayed and had food every night, each night it was something different and excellent. Recommend the Pie and the Stick Toffee for dessert. Was in a modern room out the back with a huge bed, clean fancy bathroom with big bath and ample hot water. Gym attached is ok, certainly very good for a hotel gym but not huge or anything from what I saw.

Goid points... Lovely and clean. Spacious rooms. Nice hot shower. Excellent inclusive use, pool and spa, and Gemma gave amazing massage for reasonale costs. Breakfast cooked nicely and enjoyable. We stayed using Tesco vouchers so ended up half price so a bargain. Friendly staff. Tea and coffee making. Towels provided and more for the pool. Nice and quiet, easy to relax, we were on the top floor. Bad points..... Had quite a wait at empty reception on arrival time. Very wonky floors make to feel drunk but being an old building its to be expected. Main disappointment was the room TV, volume locked on 50 max so if mirroring Prime you can bearly hear it, and TV so small prob about 19 inch. Bed blocks bedside socket glad we took extension. Overall, would definately recommend and would stay again

Just had an excellent meal with imaginative vegetarian options, instead of the usual Broccoli bake. The staff were very friendly and happy. Following the meal, nice pint in the bar. Good service. Reasonable cost.
