We arrived late in the evening but they made everything possible for us to have a delicat dinner! Thank you again! The rooms were spotless, cosy and so inviting, I could have stayed for days. Breakfast was served to perfection and it was a wonderful start into the day! Most recommendable!

Arrived at the lovely looking pub for lunch. I had been looking forward to fish and chips and was delighted to see it on the menu. On the menu it said served with mushy peas. My husband went to the bar to order his burger and my fish and chips. He asked if the peas where homemade and told no...

We had a meal at The Boathouse on a Saturday evening whilst on a short break to the Island. Superb quality food, without being too fussy. Attentive staff. Very relaxing ambiance and very happy to recommend.

We spent a very relaxing couple of nights at the Boathouse and will definitely return. The location is superb, right on the seafront with fantastic views across the solent. The room we had (403) was small but spotlessly clean and very comfortable and breakfast was superb with lots of choice. (Perfect poached eggs) The pub is a great place to...

Quiet when the pub closes. Coastal walks from the inn Book a table for a dinner and you get a short menu 2 for 1. We chose the a...

We stayed here for 2 nights on Friday 10th and 11th Feb 2017. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who showed us up to our room. We had room 403 and it was FREEZING! She told us that the heating had only just come on and would soon warm up the room. It took over 5 hours for the...

We would love to have seen this restaurant full and bustling with atmosphere but we were almost the only diners here on a drizzly Monday lunchtime. Nevertheless, we received a friendly welcome and a tasty hot meal. Food was reasonably priced in relation to the drinks. A couple of small problems...we were not told initially that one orders food at...

I had my second ever visit to this pub today in as many weeks, and most definitely my last. Last week just my partner and I had Sunday lunch here and were very impressed. We booked a table for two and the staff could not have been more accommodating. It wasn't busy at all in the eating area. When I...

Spent two nights at the Boat House. Seaview is easy to get to, being near Ryde, but small and uncommercialised. It's a small and friendly place & our lovely double room had views out to sea and across to Portsmouth. The breakfast menu was very comprehensive including Kedgeree which was fab. Also a lovely veggie full English as well as...
