Cloth Hall Oast is certainly the most luxurious B&B I've ever stayed in. The furnishings, especially the large mahogany dining table, would not be out of place in a fine country manor. Our circular bedroom was quaint but most comfortable, as was the large bathroom. The vast garden is beautifully tended and even boasts a swimming pool. But what really...

My husband and I just spent 3 nights at Kathryn's Oast. This is not a typical B & B. This is a special home where the Hostess shares her home and life experiences with you. The home is beautiful along with the garden and pool. Kathryn knows the best ways to get to your destinations and offers suggestions based on...

We arrived to be greeted by a most beautiful home and garden. The warm welcome we had from Mrs Morgan was marvellous with her offering us tea and cake with alot of useful conversation. She surpassed any one with her information about the local area and the many wonderful things we could see. Without her advise we would have missed...

I've stayed in grand hotels all over the world, but they can't beat Katherine Morgan's Cloth Hall Oast at Cranbrook amid the quiet fields of the Weald of Kent. Never did I expect a B&B to outdo the ritziest and the glitziest of the world's top hotels, but Cloth Hall Oast did just that. Oast houses were still in use...

Cloth Hall Oast exceeded all our expectations. The oast house is a most beautiful building and everything is in exquisite taste. Four of us occupied the two large round bedrooms and it was a new & most enjoyable experience to sleep in a round room! Everything felt luxurious and Mrs Katherine Morgan was a most welcoming and generous hostess, greeting...

We booked to stay at Cloth Hall Oast for a couple of nights escape to the countryside. For the price, we were very disappointed. We have stayed in other b&bs for the same price that are like staying in 5* hotels. The house and location are beautiful but that is where the positives end. The bedroom was large but lacking...

We stayed at Cloth Hall for a one night stay, it was a lovely experience. Mrs Morgan is the perfect host nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed talking with her over a cup of tea and home made cake. Lovely breakfast and the grounds are a joy to walk round.

We booked for a 1 night stopover en route to France and 1 night for the return journey. Cloth Hall Oast is an idyllic place and easy to find. As you drive up the long approach then see the beautiful building it is a pleasure in itself. It is in a quiet location - perfect for a good night's sleep...

We stayed for four nights attracted by the prospect of staying in an oast house. The barn and oast house were set in a magnificent extensive garden with a swimming pool. The ground floor room with the four poster was delightful and very comfortable, the breakfasts excellent and our hostess, Katherine was most helpful with her vast knowledge of the locality.
