We stayed two nights over the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary water, biscuits and tea/coffee making facilities. The cooked breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Just a mile from the seafront and very convenient for the major roads to Canterbury and Whitstable etc.

Clean fresh and courteous hosts. Great breakfast and super location for the Kent coast and historic Canterbury. Only 10 minutes walk into the centre of Herne bay or to the sea front where you can take the cliff paths along the coast to Reculver. The A229 is close to the B@B which can take you to Kent coast of Margate... More

My partner and I visited Herne Bay for the weekend visiting family. Everything about this B&B was fantastic, nice warm welcome from the owners, great location, lovely features in the room including Sky and nice comfortable bed along with a personalised book which had family pictures and history of he property. Stayed for a long weekend, Steve and Tina are the smashing couple running the place. Great lodgings. Easy access to town, Seafront, Canterbury, WildWood, just about anywhere on the peninsula. Would definitely recommend.

The Priory is a lovely B&B, with great hosts. We stayed in the family room which was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, The full english breakfast was cooked to perfection. You select the your breakfast option the night before so we didn't have to wait long when we sat down. I'd have eaten it... More

Ordered breakfast night before, plenty of choice for cooked, and cereal and juice on offer. Delicious breakfast served on hot plates, beautifully cooked and plenty of toast with choice of preserves.Very friendly hosts we were made to... More

We had a lovely stay here last Saturday, room had everything you need and the breakfast was lovely, scrambled egg and smoked salmon for me. We wouldn't have got that at other hotels in the area and would have had to pay a lot more for an impersonal service

Had a comfortable single room, not cramped as many are. Welcome tray in the room and lovely toiletries in the shower room. Excellent cooked-to-order breakfast. Very helpful proprietors, e.g. telling me about the Park & Ride to Canterbury being cheaper than the bus. Good on-site parking. On the outskirts of Herne Bay but I chose it because if its proximity... More

The Priory is an excellent and friendly B&B with a very personal touch. Comfortable and well equipped rooms and the best breakfast we've had in any B&B. Full English means "full" so bring your appetite. Thank you Tina and Stephen, we'll certainly be back next time we're in Herne Bay.

Very friendly B & B in a good location for all the surrounding areas. Lovely breakfast and comfy rooms. I was travelling on my own so had the single room which was small but perfectly formed in a quirky shape but had enough storage for me to stay for weeks.
