This is a class act. Beautiful well appointed airy room, excellent bathroom with very good shower. Very clean, staff very friendly, breakfast excellent with good choices. Guests can wander the beautiful grounds early and late when the public are not there - do walk up to the lake, and have access to the castle in the morning before public access: the castle is fascinating, stepped in history. Highly recommended.

Everything was just perfect, staff were all wonderful, made us feel special and well looked after. They catered exceptionally well for gluten free , as I’m a coeliac. The rooms were special, spotlessly clean and a huge benefit of air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay. It was great being able to go into never castle before the public were and we felt privileged to have access to the Hever gardens whenever we wished, the gardens were all spectacular. No negative comments at all, everything from bedroom, breakfast, location, the building the staff was just perfection. We were sad to have to leave.

Perfect (repeat) visit, well worthy of 5* rating. Faultless throughout- from the standard and comfort of the room, quality cuisine(they now offer evening dining) to the genuine friendliness of all the staff we encountered. We’ll be back!

We stayed in the Astor Wing of the hotel. The room was a decent size, well furnished and very comfortable. The large bathroom had a roll top bath and wet room style shower. The heating system was excellent and this was most welcome as the weather was chilly during our visit. The hotel was very quiet, I didn’t hear another guest during the night. The staff were naturally engaging and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them and they all contributed to make our visit special. What really stood out for us is that we were allowed to roam the grounds at any time. We avoided the hours it was open to the public and virtually had the place to ourselves. Likewise all guests are given early access to the Castle. There is ample car parking outside of the hotel for hotel guests. WiFi was strong, we even had a router in our room. I considered the hotel to be excellent value for money for the overall package.

Wonderful stay, it was incredibly Covid secure. We had a feature double bedroom in the Anne Boleyn Wing. It was honestly the most relaxing stay we’ve had, I strongly recommend. The added bonus was having an hour visiting the castle and garden solely for bnb people, it felt like the castle was our very own! Plus, we were lucky enough to eat at the dining restaurant on its opening night. The food was delicious and the staff were incredible.
