I have enjoyed staying at the guest house several times before, but this year it was under new management. The new owners were very welcoming and provided all the same exceptional services as the previous owner. Margaret. One was made to feel so very much at home. The spotlessly clean room and bathroom, huge king size, comfortable bed were all...

Cannot recommend this B&B highly enough as a place to stay in Hythe. Margaret is the exceptionally friendly and helpful owner. We stayed in the room on the top floor which is probably the largest B&B guest room that I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean and well appointed with TV and plenty of storage space. Really good value. The B&B...

Great owner and so informative. Gave me off the street parking and looked after me very well. Good suggestions of pubs and restaurants and informed me of local events. Great nights sleep also. Very nice place to stay.

This is a lovely place to stay. The welcome was great and the accommodation excellent. No food at the Guest House but take-aways can be enjoyed there. We had breakfast in a delightful French café just yards from the Post Office. I would also recommend the Hythe Brasserie for evening meals.

We very much enjoyed our stay in The Old Post Office. The owner, Margaret, is friendly and welcoming, our room was comfortable and the (cold) breakfast in our room was generous - and we were encouraged to take away what we hadn't eaten. (The only minor quibbles were that real coffee (rather than instant) and better tea than PG Tips...

Stayed for 2 nights this weekend. Always lovely to see Margaret, the guest house is always spotlessly clean and very welcoming. There are many good pubs & restaurants close by, spoilt for choice. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Margaret made me feel very welcome and provided a parking space. Spacious and well cared for room at the top of the house overlooking Hythe. Plenty of places to eat and Margaret made some help suggestions. The sea about 5 minutes walk away. Robert Williams, Hertfordshire

This was my second visit and we received the same warm welcome as my previous visit. Margaret made myself and my friend feel at home the moment we stepped through the door. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and with very comfortable beds. Every effort was made to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. My friend had...

I've never been a fan of guest houses but the "Old Post Office" has made me change my view after last weekends stay. I had the loft with my 3 children and my parents took one of the other rooms. Lovely rooms, lots of space, clean, good views and a lovely owner. If you need to stay in Hythe in...
