A lovely little B&B, exceptionally clean, warm, decor superb, owner very friendly and helpful. Only gripelets - the bed was iron framed and squeaky when you moved, and no stand up shower in the room we had. Never-the-less easily worth the 5 rating given.

Clean, warm and a good place to sleep. We had a twin room which would have been a little small for a longer stay, but was perfect for our 5 nights. Friendly helpful welcome. I would happily stay again.

We had the family room on the top floor which was ideal; a large 'L' shaped room with a single bed and double bed. There was fruit in our room and a fridge with fresh milk outside our room to have with tea and coffee. Thee was also a microwave outside our room. Owner was very hospitable and offered us...

Me and my partner visited here just last night as we where attending a wedding at Port Lympne. The room was amazing and full of character, really big en suite, but cosy. The bed was so comfortable! Tea and coffee facilities where great, and even had a fridge in room which was an added bonus as the water and fruit...

Entrance hall immaculate as was the stairs up to the room you were also greeted with a very pleasing smell. We were then greeted by the owner who checked our booking then escorted us to our room and showed us around. On entering the room we found it to be stunningly decorated and spotlessly clean throughout. The bathroom was an...

We were stopping overnight on route to the euro tunnel and this place was perfect. I am always nervous of B&Bs because you never really get what you think you're booking but this place was great. Location was great, right next to a small pay and display carpark (only pay up to 6pm). Owner Richard met us on arrival, really...

We stayed at Malt Lodge for one night Last week in a double room on the first floor. Whilst small, we had everything we needed, comfortable bed, tea and coffee, cold bottled water, even a bowl of fruit. Our en-suite was large (would have preferred a shower to a bath, but that is nik-picking) Everything was scrupulously clean and the...

My daughter and I booked for 4 nights. Clean comfortable twin room. Run by a very nice friendly couple. Plenty of tea and coffee in room and even a little bowl of fruit. Hardly heard the other guests and hardly any passing traffic. Would recommend this as a nice place to stay and reasonably priced. Would Brel here again if...
