We were very pleasantly surprised at the standard and quality of this hotel, having never stayed in a Premier Inn before. Everyone was very polite and helpful, in the hotel, and the Brewer's Fayre, which is attached.

Easy access. Lovely big, clean rooms and bathroom. Big king-size bed and lots of lamps to lower the lighting. Black out curtains brilliant!! Average Premier Inn but in a good location. Food as normal. Service ok. Friday night had a fire caused by faulty equipment in the hotel. Stood outside in the cold for 40 minutes. No apology. So far no refund. Not impressed.

Right across from the beach and directly next to train station, didn't hear a thing, great night sleep except for room next to stairs so only noise was from (elephants) using stairs late night and early morning.... not hotels fault.... full use of meals at adjoining restaurant was great value and so convenient... can't wait to book again for march...
