The reception for the hotel very friendly girl and what you would expect no complaints with the hotel side or the staff. We had a great nights sleep bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. However the younger bar staff (Girl) was extremely rude and really needs to learn how to deal with people, she totally put...

We stayed at his hotel overnight, outside area was very dismal and run down but our room was spotlessly clean and reception were helpful. The railway was very close by but hardly heard it, think you would if you was in the 2nd block.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Margate for a two night break and it does what it says on the tin. Close to the train station and opposite the sandy beach yet still only 5 minutes walk into town. Hotel was ok, service was very good but the attached Brewers Fayre is in need of some work. Buffet breakfast was...

Second time at this hotel and again, really couldn't fault it. Reception staff were warm and friendly and advised us of local indoor attractions in case the rain didn't stop. Our room was very clean and when the curtain pole fell down it was rectified super quick by a lovely member of staff. Food was a completely different issue but...

Nice clean and comfortable great for a seaside stay!breakfast was very busy and they had run out of glasses and some hot food, but overall a nice stay.A grat location for visiting the seaside with the kids, although the amusements looked a bit run dow and could of done with sprucing up.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist but this hotel has about much charm as a charmless man in charmless town. It does what it says on the tin - a room with a bed. Clean and today and functional - couldn't stay here more than one night - you get what you pay for !

We enjoyed our stay but feel that for the price we could of got a lot more for our money elsewhere. It was our first time in a premier Inn so didn't really know what to expect. We can see how it would suit some people it just isn't for us.

We stayed at the Premier Inn for a night as part of a Fathers Day weekend Well done Premier Inn. We were really impressed. Clean, good sized rooms, reasonably priced decent food and super close to a gorgeous sandy beach and Dreamland. However, the thing that impressed us the most was the staff. They were incredible. Above and beyond helpful,...
