Arrived and parked at the rear of the hotel. Got a place okay as we were early, these soon filled though. There is parking in front of the hotel and in the side streets. Found the reception. First surprise. The area was quite dark and spooky! Quite old fashioned and needing a bit of modernisation. The girl on the desk...

The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help. The room was very clean and cosy and I had a sea view. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order from a selection. The Orangery dining area overlooks the sea and makes for a pleasant start to the morning for breakfast or ideal for a meal or snack in the...

We stayed for one night. We had two rooms - both were unusual lay outs. The first room was at the front with spectacular sea views. We went to open the large wardrobe to find out it was a kitchen! Too much furniture in the room but the bed was clean and comfortable. The second room was smaller but had...

Caremark Thanet have hosted two Open Days at this wonderful venue. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming, we cannot fault the venue or their hospitality. We will be contacting them soon to arrange another. Thank you to Abbie and her team, best wishes Jemma Clayton, Business Development Manager

Visited this hotel with our dance group for 2 nights. We had an executive room which was so spacious we could have held our own dance in there! Beds very comfortable. Added bonus of a balcony with French doors which we left open only to be woken by the dawn chorus of seagulls! The staff are very friendly and nothing...

I can't praise this hotel enough. Comfortable, and - for the price paid - surprisingly luxurious rooms. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the staff, all of whom were very helpful and friendly without being unnecessarily obtrusive. And the food was quite excellent. All in all, a great experience and we are looking forward to our next visit...

The hotel is located about a mile from Margate, towards Cliftonville. It has a car park, but there is plenty of street parking at the front. Check in was simple and easy. The hotel reception areas was light and airy, but as we waited for the lift, which I would suggest is quite old, and certainly quite slow, we noticed...

Myself, plus my dad and a family friend were recommended this hotel to be the venue to hold a charity black tie banquet weekend. We each booked a room for one night with our respective good ladies to see what the hotel could offer us for a society function, and we were absolutely delighted with the price of the package...
