Staff were very helpful and accommodating with the planning and organisation of the event with good suggestions for pianists and disco which proved very popular on the evening. Function room decoration was lovely and staff very attentive on the night. Food was very good considering over 80 guests. Only area of improvement would perhaps be more staff at the bar...

We had my daughters birthday dinner here on monday night. We have been several times before, as well as for my daughters wedding last year. The staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They even went out of their way to put specials on that my daughter loves. The food is hot and good, especially their chicken corden...

Helpful staff, a comfortable bed and a sea view are the positives of this hotel. The decor is a bit tired and the bathroom had grubby tiles and a shower that changed temperature alarmingly. The breakfast in the orangery was a good start to the day.

The management and staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everyone had a lovely evening. A lot of our guests stayed at the hotel and were happy...

Hotel is some 20mins walk from town. View is excellent. Hotel is a rabbit warren. Welcome was underwhelming. The lift didn't work which was inconvenient as I am mobility impaired. My room had the most awful carpet -circa 1950, a huge dressing table obscuring the view-stained, a hidden phone, a TV that worked, an ironing board and a large wardrobe....

I stayed at this hotel the night before running the Kent Coastal Half Marathon. I have a lot positive to say about this place: 1) Attitude of most staff was very positive 2) It was located within a mile of the race start 3) The location is generally quiet but well located for Cliftonville and Central Margate 4) The room...
