Beautiful views. Great service. Right next to the beach and centre of town. Comfy rooms. Great shower. And reasonably priced. My wife and I loved staying here. The hotel is charming and old-fashioned and feels like a great example of an old British seaside hotel....More

my family and I stayed at the nayland for a few days on the bank holiday. we had a wonderful time there, the staff were friendly the rooms were very clean. breakfast was good if you like continental, there was fresh muffins, pancakes, crumpets etc....More

We had sea-facing room with access to shared balcony where smoking was ok. We did go out of season, though.. no one else using balcony. Check with hotel manager..
