Arrived to a lovely welcome from Ian- took my to my room which was a little chintzy with floral bedspread and wobbly floors, however the welcome was great and local information was offered- he made me very welcome. Nice to have a dressing gown- unusual now-a-days. I have probably never had a better sleep- yes there is a really busy...

We found the Beaumont by chance when we were passing through Sittingbourne. When we arrived we had an amazingly warm welcome from the owners. The room itself was lovely with a fully stocked tea tray and toiletries and good shower. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was a treat and my eggs were perfectly scrambled and my husband's full English...

I needed a one night stay with bed and breakfast before a course. The Beaumont were able to accept my booking at short notice, the room was excellent although the shower took too long to get hot. The service was polite and efficient, and the price 35% less than the national chains in the area. Breakfast was great!

Quite simply does what it says on the tin. Clean comfortable and an excellent breakfast. Stayed 4 nights on business freindly approachable couple made me feel very welcome. Would definitely use again. Stayed in the Rose room. The building is very old and floors creak a little but that's to be expected with the buildings age but that adds character.

The furnishings are a little dated, but all is spotless & comfortable. The bed was comfortable, though the flat screen TV was a little small...

Lovely old fashioned B&B welcoming hosts spacious clean rooms downside is location on a main road extremely noisy all night so got no sleep despite the complementary ear plugs ! Car parking is up a very steep narrow slope with no mirror to see if traffic coming the other way quite dangerous .

The very friendly hosts greeted us on arrival and as we were a bit early to check in to our rooms, provided a refreshing cold drink in the cosy lounge. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and my bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel or guest house. There were many little touches that added...
