We've stayed here on two separate occasions now, prior to a morning crossing from Dover. We always find it to be a good value option and the nearest Premier Inn without paying a premium just to be very close to Dover. The family room for the five of us was great with double bed, two singles and a cot. The...

Stayed here Sunday 23 May 2016, as an overnighter for visiting relatives. Premier Inn is Premier Inn. It is set in stone what you get and can expect. The reason we stay is price. £35 for a family room is what i will pay. I would never pay the sometimes quoted £65-£85! That is not worth it. Bobbing near Sittingbourne,...

We stayed here for a week earlier this month whilst on holiday in Kent. The staff are friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. For light sleepers, the noise from the adjacent trunk road and railway may be a problem, but we did lots of walking each day and had little trouble sleeping. The absence of air conditioning may...

We booked this Premier Inn because of its location - it was close to the destinations we wanted to see - and were really glad we did. The room we had was really comfortable and very clean, the staff were genuinely friendly and the quality of our breakfast was outstanding. I knew that a railway line was close (we could...

Woken very early by trains speeding by on the adjacent busy railway line. The quality of the triple glazing was inadequate to suppress the noise. Although the bed was comfortable the noise meant sleep was disturbed. I used a "do not disturb" sign on the door and turned it over when I left the room. I spoke to the maid who...

Fabulous value for money. Clean room, spotless bathroom, comfy bed and well cooked and presented breakfast with friendly staff. Will definitely recommend this Premier Inn and if in the area will obviously stay again.

We always use this hotel when visiting some of our family and it's a positive experience every time. Super friendly staff that are eager to help. House keeping are great. Clean room with all amenities needed. There's a Brewers fayre opposite for food! Sometimes the key cards are a little temperamental but staff sort it out straight away. Is located...

It was nearly midnight when I arrived &c was greeted by lovely, friendly reception staff. My room was very clean, nice & quiet, a comfortable bed & a very adequate bathroom. I spent a very peaceful night here & enjoyed my breakfast the next morning. There is a brewer's fayre next to the hotel for people wishing to have an...

Overnighter after ferry before ambling home. On arrival Andy was cheerful and helpful with good knowledge of the local area and having booked in online as usual, check-in was super fast. Bedroom was the usual family size with very comfy beds and bedding - we certainly slept well! Left hotel to eat dinner in local Wetherspoons but still car parking...

As you may expect for a hotel in a 'nothing special' town, this Premier Inn is good but is a classic service station hotel. Compared to its rivals, the rooms are quite nice and the service is good. The neighbouring restaurant is OK for food. There are no good views and the hotel is straddled by a railway, dual carriageway,...
