Little Dane Court is ideally situated for exploring the delights of Tenterden. It has an interesting history, too, and dates back 550 years. One of the particularly outstanding features is the large garden, which has been refashioned by the present owner in a Japanese style. When we visited at the end of February, cherry blossom was already appearing, and spring...

Stayed at little Dane court for two nights ,very nice place but the money they charge is not worth it room was clean and tidy breakfast was ok . Stayed in Tenterden a few times ,the white lion the time before and that was a lot worse than this all I'm saying is for the money it was not worth...

Thanks for the comments that the room was clean and breakfast was OK that at least is something. Also good to know you think Little Dane Court is better than The White Lion which is rated currently at No 1 in Tenterden on Trip Advisor As for giving such a poor rating to downgrade Dane Court's ranking all I can...

Had a good overnight stay in the Katsura cottage located to the rear of the property with off road parking. It was in an ideal location for a wedding we were attending in Tenderten. I believe the cottage is part of a converted stable with the upstairs bedroom in a Japansese style with futon bed, shoji window blinds and straw...

We had the front bedroom/ensuite which was very comfortable, cosy and clean. The choice for breakfast was from a great selection and very tasty. Had all you required in the room for our three night stay. The location was perfect to local and distance areas to which Rod also gave great advice on etc. The Japanese theme was lovely and...

Enjoyed our two night stay at Little Dane Court. Was surprised at how big Tenterden is which of course has it's advantages with decent number of pubs and places to eat. It does mean there is more traffic than I had expected and Little Dane is on the main road. We were grateful we were staying in the garden room...

Tenterden like so many places is spoilt by the sight, sound & smell of too many motor vehicles. Between 8am & 7pm week-days it’s especially tiresome. Luckily the secondary glazing at Little Dane Court perfectly insulates one from such intrusive modernism as does the building itself which means the charming little courtyard & lovely garden is a tranquil haven. Essentially...

A very good one night stay in a very nice B&B with a friendly and helpful host. Well-located in the middle of the town. We were able to book in mid-morning and leave our car there whilst we went to Chapel Down winery and Rod was our taxi-driver in both directions. Why the "almost"/ Breakfast was in the shady and...

We spent a one night stay at the Little Dane Court in Tenterden, we were looking for a stopover place as we were attending an event on a Saturday night in the town. The venue was easy to find being located on the Ashford Road just as you get to Tenterden High Street, and a combination of the sat nav...

We booked Little Dane Court because a friend had told us that Tenterden was charming and a good base for day excursions. She was right, but staying at Little Dane was an unexpected bonus. Little Dane is on the main street, but, though I can only speak for the garden room, it was very quiet for sleeping. The house itself...
