Stayed for two nights in room 15. No air-conditioning in a south-facing room which meant it was like sleeping in a sauna, had to keep the windows open, so some noise from the road, but there was a big grass bank outside the window which blocked any breeze. It was a shame, because the room had been refurbished recently, so...

Comfy, roomy, pub next door for breakfast had all you could want. Didn't have much personality but for the sake of a place to put your head it does the job. It is at the top of a big hill where you can cycle, walk, drive down to whitstable high street and beach front. Whitestable itself is beautiful and definitely...

This is a good premier inn which is close to the town centre, 10 mins walk or 2 mins drive. Whitstable has a lovely shopping centre with lots of independent shops and cafe's. The only criticism of the hotel room is that it has a major design fault; the Windows only open about 2" so they get really hot in...

A large amount of my family stayed here for a wedding, but we also walked only 15 minutes to the main harbor for the annual Oyster Festival. A Premier Inn is what it is: clean rooms, tidy and double room quite spacious. There are no safes, however. It was hot while there and the windows lock open about 2 inches,...

Great location. Plenty of parking and adjacent to bus stop which takes you straight into Whitstable town centre ,so no excuse for drinking and driving. Room was comfortable and well equipped, but no air con , although a fan is supplied but can still get a little stuffy in very hot weather. We had a couple of inconsiderate elephants in...

I would have scored this higher but for the unfortunate sight that greeted us in the shower ; the previous guest had clearly sneezed onto the shower curtain and left a quite disgusting 'deposit' (picture attached) Apart from that, the only problem yet again was lack of aircon and ventilation. We had the fan running all night but still we...

Room very clean. Ideal location - walking distance to town centre. Bus stops near by and very frequent to Canterbury with links to Margate and Broadstairs, and also straight through to Herne Bay. Breakfast disappointing on one day of visit but other days fine - must have been a blip ! Staff friendly and helpful

We have just returned from an enjoyable visit to the Whitstable Premier Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was just fine. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean during our two nights stay The town of Whitstable was lovely. 30 minute walk from hotel for those who enjoy walking, with a small harbour and...

Good food, nice room but outside looked rather scruffy. Grass needed cutting and ALL areas and paths through to the Beefeater in dire need of weeding. Regarding the outside areas I would say that the standard of upkeep of the grass, weeding etc. has really slipped. Even one of your staff members mentioned this and if a staff member has...
