We didn't stay at the hotel itself but used the spa as we had treatments booked. The receptionist was very helpful. We went straight to the infinity pool which was lovely, very peaceful and relaxing and the steam rooms and saunas were great also. We then had lunch at the spa which was brilliant with free tea and coffee as...

Have stayed here a couple of times when i can get a good priced room and a gig on at the nearby Railway venue. Good rooms, helpful staff, breakfast buffet style and plenty of it. The jewel in the crown is the use of the spa.

This was a lovely hotel in a nice location. There is actually a lot to do in the area - for the money it was excellent value. It was extremely clean and the staff friendly and breakfast and facilities were 100%! We will be re-visting very soon!

We were stopping off on route as part of an end to end cycle, we found the accommodation reasonable, however felt that the Resturaunt prices and service did not match the quality of the rooms, £31 for breakfast for 2, is excessive in the extreme , particularly when items of the buffet were removed 25 minutes before breakfast was due...

This is our 5th visit to the hotel within the last 2 years and it has rapidly gone from bad to worse. We've encountered issues mostly with the beds and with other things like wi-fi, restaurant service, noise and even staff who couldn't care less. Our latest visit we had to move twice upon arrival and play bed/mattress roulette as...

I arrived to visit family and friends and also to attend a wedding. My room was lovely and I used the spa facilities. Location of my room was good for me, however if one has a walking disability you need to ensure you have an accessible room. The hotel is built on a number of sites with narrow corridors, fine...

I've stayed at the Last Drop on several occasions, unfortunately this time the venue is showing its age and lack of attention to detail that perhaps gave it a better reputation in the past. Checking in was a long and slow process, the receptionist at pains to explain every last detail as well as any that were irrelevant to my...
