Excellent staff, very clean, really good in every respect. However don't purchase the premium wifi, it is useless, I spent over an hour trying to get it to work, then despite really helpful staff, I requested a refund as none of us could make it work!

as a disabled person I would not be able to find a fault at the premier inn burnley, had a lovely stay with very helpful staff, they could not do more, the room was just right for a wheelchair user, although I would prefer a shower instead of the bath that was in the bathroom.

I have stayed at this Premier Inn on many occasions and have a brilliant stay every time I do.The staff are always helpful and the dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were really good as well. My only complaint was that the upper floor was a bit cold but that did not spoil the stay.

We travel to Burnley to visit my son and this time came up for a pre -wedding party for friends we meet on holiday every year. We always stay at Queen Victoria as it is central for all needs. Upgraded room was a delight better bed and bathroom and television on Wall much improved. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Well done...

This hotel is located within walking distance of the town centre, but far enough away not to be disturbed by the nightlife. The rooms are very well appointed and have very comfortable beds! Though I didn't have time to dine, meals are served in an adjacent pub, which looks quite pleasant too.

Noisy neighbours upstairs but otherwise I couldn't fault it. Perfect location for the Karate competition across the road at the leisure centre, which was the purpose of our trip. Sparkly clean bathroom, Large TV with better reception than I had at a Hilton group hotel recently and a really comfy bed too!

Apart from no shaver point in bathroom could not be faulted. This is a slick and friendly operation. Premier In offer a high standard that you can rely on. Food at BrewersFaure on same site was excellent and very good value.
