Visited here from Sydney, Australia. My husband has family who live in Burnley and we came to visit them and had the opportunity to stay here. This hotel is by far one of the best places I have stayed. Very clean, very comfortable bed, very friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again if I return to burnley.

We stayed overnight on 23/08/2016 at Burnley Premier Inn. The location is stunning for a Premier Inn as it's by itself (rather than in the middle of a retail park or industrial estate), and is less than 100 yards from the Leeds and Liverpool Canal! All the Reception Staff were very friendly. The Queen Victoria Brewers Fayre is only a...

Room 40 smells of damp. Room shouldn't have been available. Room 41 also has damp issues as reported by another reviewer. When mentioned to staff no other room available unfortunately. They told me the room is getting refurbished, but that didn't help me. Had to sleep with window open as the smell was not nice. Mouldy damp smell. Paid £90...

Being refurbished currently. Our room on the ground floor, 41, smelled damp. Had a good night's sleep. Staff pleasant and helpful - no complaints there. Have been to many UK Premier Inns and this was the least good.

Good sized rooms and good value for money Brewers fayre restaurant next door is overpriced and poor quality food . Just walk into town it's only 10 mins . Shimla spice indian restaurant is amazingly good quality if you love a real curry .

Spent two nights here whilst visiting friends near by. Speedy pleasant friendly check in, and nice room on first floor at rear of hotel. Hotel is n midst of full refurb of public areas and one half of the hotel is closed off. No noise or disturbance from workings though. Good nights sleep (as Guaranteed), cheerful people at 24hr reception....

My family and I stayed here for 1 night. The receptionist was very welcoming. There was a vending machine in the lobby which also provided essentials like toothpaste etc, leaflets were provided also so you could see where was available to visit. The corridors were clean and the security doors made us feel incredibly safe. The room was spacious and...

We had a double room. The room had towels and basic toiletries. It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It had a hairdryer and we asked for an iron and ironing board. Our requests were granted and staff were lovely. As for breakfast - it was in another building so I do not want it to reflect...

After being pleasantly surprised with our only other stay at a Premier Inn (London), unfortunately we decided to try it again when spending a night in Burnley where we stayed in room 137. Even if it hadn't been a warm day and evening, the room was like a sauna, no air conditioning, the window had a security feature and could...
