Hotel and restaurant could not be faulted. Customer service, room, bed, food all excellent. Staff could not of been more helpful. If your staying I would definitely recommend the breakfast. Costa coffee included, and unlimited not that you need it as had a great nights sleep.

Stayed with other family & friends, reasonably priced and matched my expectations, staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast in the adjoining building was lovely, the all you can eat option proved to much, I couldn't eat it all, second visit here, this premier inn is great for an overnight stay, recommended

This was a perfect location for my visit with the friendliest staff i think i have meat in a Premier Inn. They were very helpful and polite. They were chatty and informative. The hotel was having some refurbishment which i was told about when booking but they did not effect my stay at all. The food was really good especially...

This premier inn and brewers fayre are in a nice area surrounded by trees and by the canal. Reasonably close to the town but not a lot of town noise. Having some building work done at the moment so the carpark is a smaller than usual. Had a little problem with the room key cards but they got it sorted....

A very enjoyable nice relaxing stay at this premier Inn. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, it was nice to meet up with Mel, who I had previously read about in a previous review. One question she asked me which I have never been asked at a Premier Inn or T Lodge was "in the event of fire alarm being...

Always stay at Queen Victoria while visiting family, could stay at their house but it is nice to come back for some relaxation and peace. We stayed at end of march this year for weekend, they are renovating but heard nothing, will always choose premier inn to stay for our breaks.

Visited here for a work trip for 1 night. We ate at our meeting elsewhere so I can't review the evening meal, but the room was fine apart from a strong musty smell. The shower was good too, plenty of power. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, and table service for cooked food made to order. Allow time before...
