My friend and I visited the Park Hall hotel to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon catching up with each other, we had an absolutely wonderful time, it was very enjoyable and relaxing. Our afternoon consisted of a delicious and plentiful afternoon tea in the comfortable residents lounge followed by an unlimited visit in the leisure club, all for a wonderful...

Stayed at this hotel recently but did not think it was up to scratch considering the price scale they expect people to pay for our room not including breakfast. We had the 'bridal suite' which desperately needs updating. The four poster bed was very rickety and screeched every time either of us moved, there was a jacuzzi bath which considering...

Booked with Expedia for a one night stay, a family of 3 adults and 1 child. It stated we had booked a standard room, no mention of it being in the 'Village Complex' and it being a themed room. Arrived at hotel for check in, apart from the abandoned theme park you see as you drive in, the surroundings of...

Very disappointed, I'm pretty sure they would never put these rooms on the website and when I booked I definitely know this was NOT what I was expecting. Take a look at the photos, there was also a dead spider in the bathroom, due to my girls reaction it was got rid of before I take a pic of that....

I have been to this gym for quite a while now, the gym itself is very spacious and quiet with plenty of machines to use. However, the pool is grubby and dated, and you wouldn't walk around without flip flops due to the amount of clumps of hair on the floor and in the drains of the temperamental showers. Cleopatras...

I stayed at the Park Hall Hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of March whilst competing in a beauty pageant taking part in the hotel. The hotel itself is difficult to get to walking so taking a car or getting a taxi is a definite as it's situated on a main road so would most likely prove difficult to...

Room was fantastic, comfy beds, spotless throughout. Leisure facilities were mixed. Gym was good with excellent equipment and spacious room. However, pool was stale and in need of facelift. Not the best welcome from the member of staff at the Beauty salon, which also looked tired and dated (as did the member of staff). Reception staff somewhat frosty, missing a...

Not a bad hotel, the main building bedrooms seem to have been refurbished recently the 'village' rooms are a little used and it's a couple of minute drive to get to the parking via an industrial estate. Gym and pool are good and there is often not many people in, the gym equipment is a little dated so don't expect...

Just stayed for 2 nights with my partner and my 2 children. We attended a friend's wedding there. Ceremony and reception was excellent, food was top notch and accommodation was very good. We stayed in one of the chalets on site. The chalet was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel.
