Stayed here two nights recently for the Ribble Valley Jazz & Blues Festival. This is a beautifully maintained old house, very comfortable with an excellent breakfast. We were in the annexe, just across the passage from the main house. We had a spotlessly clean, spacious room with a king-sized bed, a small kitchen and a shower room. It is just...

From the minute I arrived, Jayne and her daughter made me feel so welcome, & took me to see my beautifully appointed en suite twin bedroom, complete with tea/coffee facilities & a delicious (so I found out later) packet of home made biscuits, which were I am glad to say replenished every day of my 3 night stay. This has to be one of the best B&Bs I have EVER stayed in, especially when one factors in the price. Put those two together and this place cannot be beaten. The welcome, conducted...

A pleasant welcome from a nice young lady who showed me to my room, the room was large and spotlessly clean, the bathroom had something which I have never seen in a guest house before, a corner bath with a great shower. Returning to the main house to inquire about breakfast times, the smiling young lady said " you tell...

I can't recommend this b&b enough, it is very central to the main town, has plenty of parking. The b&b its self is absolutely spotless and the owner is extremely welcoming, not to mention the fantastic breakfast making it excellent value for money. We will definitely be staying again!
