Grinkle Park is a lovely hotel with very pleasant and efficient staff. We have just returned from a night for my birthday and the little extra touches are wonderful.Home made biscuits, fruit and spotlessly clean, bright and airy rooms. Some have really good views and all the deluxe rooms are very spacious. The food in the restaurant for a small hotel was exceptional.Another fab stay.

If you are wanting a tranquil and relaxed break, then the Grinkle Hotel is the place. The situation is fundamentally a long way from anywhere, in its own private grounds. It is approached by a long private drive bordered with rhodedendrons and azaleas. The hotel itself, in terms of its architecture, takes one back to the Victorian period, although all...

Stayed at this Hotel with friends for 2 nights. We couldn't have asked for such a perfect few days. On arriving at the Hotel we were offered a chocolate whilst checking in. We stayed in Kingfisher and our friends in Teal. We were helped with our luggage by Peter who was courteous and pleasant as were all the staff. Nothing...

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and always find both the accommodation and the dining to be of high quality. The stall are friendly and obliging, the rooms are large and comfortably well furnished and the evening meals and breakfasts are of excellent quality. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. WiFi erratic.

Thank you for your glowing review. I am delighted you enjoyed stay with us and all was to your liking. Sorry about the Wifi being erratic I will investigate as we went to great lengths last year to overhaul and upgrade this service. I am relatively confident it was a 2Blip", but nonetheless will investigate. Once again thank you for...

We stayed here as part of the winter offer and had a very enjoyable stay. Lovely grounds, warm welcome from all of the friendly staff and a very nice room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with bath and shower (no lift if stairs are an issue). Had a 3 course meal in the restaurant as part of the offer...

Attended wedding at grinkle park hotel, beautiful buildings and surroundings and a great setting for a wedding. The time of year meant we were unable to use the grounds but the facilities indoors are exceptional. My only complaint would be that they seemed understaffed at times which meant a long wait to get served at the bar and one member...

Many thanks for posting your review. I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. I was however, very dissappointed that you a particular member of the team appeared to be rude and miserable. Rest assured this is not the norm and I will take the offending staff member to task. Once again thank you for taking the time...

We decided to treat my sister-in-law to afternoon tea to celebrate her 70th birthday. We wanted somewhere a little different, and we know the Grinkle Park Hotel to be very characterful, so we decided to give it a try. We booked a few weeks in advance. We were welcomed at reception in a most friendly manner, and seated in a...

Many thanks for taking the time to post your review. I am glad that you enjoyed your Afternoon Tea experience, but was, however, annoyed to read that you had to wait to be looked after. This is certasinly not the norm and rest assured remedial action will be taken so we do not lapse so alarmingly again. I hope to...

We stayed at Grinkle Park on 31st Jan; 2016 in the Kingfisher room. What a truly relaxing and comfortable break it was. The hotel is a little dated; but this takes nothing away from your enjoyment. Many thanks for your splendid review. We all appreciate great feedback and this is what we strive for in everything we do. Aplogises for the slight lack of heating. Its my fault, I turn the radiators down every morning (call me a Yorkshireman) and on occasion forget to turn them back up again. Its a devil to control the heatingin...
