Picked this pub so we could have a drink before going to bed on an evening. Woman serving with blonde hair was tutting, looking at watch, huffing and puffing walking past constantly, putting stools up around us at quarter to 11. I'd be so mad if I employed someone who treated customers like this! Or if it is your pub...

Overlooking the street not the valley but hey ho, you don't spend that long gazing out of the window. Quite good attention to detail - there's a fridge which I always appreciate. A mattress topper and lovely quality bedding...

We were only in the hotel for a meal, but there were fifteen of us. The food was varied for all who were eating, and it was hot, well presented, and served in a friendly manner. Would call again when we are in the area.

Very friendly pub which is right in the centre of the village. This seems to be the local pub where everyone migrates to , this is our third visit and we have always been made to feel welcome by Mandy and Angus- the owners - and the locals as well ,nice food if you fancy a bite with your pint....
